2. Expand the existing client base through effective networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting.
3. Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure their evolving needs are met.
4. Ensure compliance with Central Bank CPC requirements and maintain professional CPD requirements.
5. Collaborate with management to maintain excellent reporting and pipeline management.
6. Efficiently manage the annual review process for existing clients to ensure business retention and customer satisfaction.
7. Coordinate with the administration team to deliver seamless service to clients.
8. Uphold compliant internal processes and procedures for the Financial Services team.
Requirements:
9. CFP qualified.
10. Possess a recognized industry qualification.
11. Demonstrated expertise in Life and Pensions with a strong track record in sales and advisory roles.
12. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
13. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy schedule effectively.
14. Self-starter mentality with the capability to work independently and as part of a team.
