Flexsource seeks a Bar & Restaurant Manager in Cork City to lead a thriving Hotel Chain.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct team briefings at the start of each shift, emphasizing upselling, rewards, and performance targets.
* Train, motivate, and coach team members to maintain exceptional service standards, as measured by mystery shoppers and order of service metrics.
* Promote a positive image by being visible throughout the operation and engaging with guests and staff alike.
* Nurture relationships with regular patrons and establish new connections to boost loyalty.
* Optimize labor costs through efficient scheduling and inventory control, while developing innovative revenue-generating strategies to maximize profits.
* Ensure adequate staffing levels meet business demands, with forward planning for peak periods.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in Bar/Restaurant/Hospitality Management.
* Flexible work arrangements, including weekend shifts and 5/7-day schedules.
* Salary range: €37,000 - €39,000 (dependent on experience).
