Financial Services Sales Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and highly motivated Financial Services Sales Manager to lead our Choice service offering.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate the team to meet and exceed targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
* Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Head of Financial Planning.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
* Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by delivering excellence at every touchpoint.
* Oversee financial transactions and ensure compliance with regulations at all times.
* Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the Choice offering.
* Analyse and interpret financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications would be advantageous.
* Demonstrated track record of strong leadership and team management, ideally in the financial services industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive approach to overcoming challenges.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work output and a high degree of accuracy, working to agreed deadlines.
* Strong communicator with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
* Excellent knowledge of financial services and product offerings.
* Ability to work as part of a wider team and cross-functionally to enhance business results.
