About the role:
This role is a Controlled Function under the Central Banks fitness and probity regime. APA in General Insurance is essential and working towards or holder of full QFA’s is desirable.

What You’ll Do:
In Benefit Operations, you will contribute across multiple functions, regions, and business areas:
* New Business Administration: Setting up new business across multiple departments, facilitating application processing between employers, employees, and insurance providers. Updating and maintaining the CRM system as needed.
* Process Optimisation & Automation: Mapping existing workflows and developing a strategy for automation. Collaborating with the engineering team to implement process improvements.
* Financial Operations Support: Assisting the FinOps team with scheme reconciliations. Investigating and reporting financial discrepancies related to payments, commissions, and provider/customer transactions.
* Scheme Renewals: Engaging with employers and insurance providers to ensure smooth renewals. Working with the customer success team to refine and improve the renewal process.
* Policy Event Administration: Processing policy changes, including joiners, leavers, dependents, and cancellations. Partnering with the customer success and engineering teams to streamline and automate processes.
