About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage cost estimation and financial management of projects.
2. Supervise and manage accurate and timely project delivery reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager.
3. Research, source, and negotiate best quotes from subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining cost-efficiency without compromising on quality.
4. Manage and control project costs including preparation of interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
5. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure effective cost management and value engineering.
6. Provide advice on contractual claims and variations, and support dispute resolution processes.
7. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project costs and contracts.

Requirements:
1. 5+ years of Project Management experience.
2. Third level qualification in Engineering.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. An excellent communicator and leader who is able to motivate themselves and others to meet stringent deadlines and rise to new challenges with enthusiasm.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
