Senior Customer Marketing Manager
Cpl are delighted to be working with a Global FMCG company who are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Marketing Manager for a Permanent contract in Dublin. This role will strategically sit as the connection point between the Brand and Commercial teams to align customer marketing strategy and implementation with the sector's business ambition. In this role, you will operate at a senior level within the Customer Marketing team and take care of shaping and delivering the sector's strategy into execution across all key Omni-channel touchpoints (In-store and Online). This role will be focused on Beer Brands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Shape and develop the Retail Beer Omni-channel activation strategy across the IOI.
* Lead the Beer Omni-channel activation planning process, working with shopper/brand/category/customer leads and Digital to align Beer activation with the voice of the customer and business objectives.
* Deliver exceptional category and brand activation plans within Beer with customer activation managers to deliver the Triple Win with agility and expertise.
* Lead and proactively input into all key Beer (Market Business plan meetings) MBP’s /OKRs, bringing expertise and insights across the Beer category/customer/channel.
* Deliver and own Beer innovations launches/process into the retail channel working with cross-functional teams to deliver value into the mother brand and in line with business results.
* Conduct annual and quarterly continuous improvement reviews on the category to identify key barriers to growth and opportunities within the category.
* Lead the M&E/competitive analysis of the Beer category plans to strategically feed into future decision-making and plans.
* Manage and own the Beer CM A&P budget in line with business deliverables and CM strategy into execution plan.
Requirements:
* Several years senior level experience in a Customer marketing or Brand/D.Comm/Shopper marketing role.
* Experience building and leading successful end-to-end omni-channel customer campaigns.
* Strong commercial skill and analytics capability (Inc Nielsen/Kanta).
* Strong knowledge of the IOI retail landscape and key players that operate within.
* Leadership skills & capability.
* Proven ability to turn insights to action.
* Strong relationship building expertise (bringing stakeholders on the journey).
* Solutions driven mentality with a proactive approach.
* Presentation storytelling skills.
