Cpl has a requirement for a Senior and Experienced Administrator for an Admin Officer (Grade VI) role with a HSE Client located in Cork. This role will see the successful candidate responsible for the processing and submission of documentation for Funding and Grants - both local and national.
* 3 month temporary contract
* This role will be Full Time
* €30.57 per hour
* Site based role (no remote working)
* Training provided
* Availability to start on ASAP
What you will be doing:
* Ensure that deadlines are met and service levels maintained.
* Support with preparation and issuing of office documentation (correspondence, reports, etc.).
* Provide support in financial processing in compliance with National Financial Regulations.
* Database management.
* Responsible for the processing and submission of grants for funding the service.
* Maintain confidentiality of documentation, records, etc.
* Maximise the use of technology in ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
* Ensure line management is kept informed of issues.
* Ensure that stakeholders are kept informed and that their views are communicated to middle management.
* Organise and attend meetings as required.
* Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders in relation to funding and grants.
What you will need:
* At least 3 to 4 years of administration experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience working in a healthcare/HSE setting a plus but not essential.
* Excellent communications and customer service skills.
* Comfortable communicating with Senior Management.
* Experience leading a team.
* Funding and/or Grants experience extremely beneficial.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
* High proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Highly confidential and awareness of GDPR & Data Protection.
