Role
The Technical Product Manager is a key role, partnering with the Senior Product Manager, Engineering teams, and Data & Analytics team to drive scalability through automation, high performance and reliability.
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager or Senior Product Owner ready to make the next step in their career. Experience in a company with significant technical complexity is critical. The role is an end-to-end role, combining Product Manager and Product Owner responsibilities for maximum impact.

Responsibilities
Product Roadmap Management: Set the vision and own the technical roadmap and Scalability strategy, prioritizing product initiatives to enhance the scalability, performance and reliability of Oneview’s Care Experience Platform.
Planning and Workshops: Contribute to release planning, quarterly and annual planning, and communicate requirements to subject matter experts (SMEs).
Write Product Requirements Documents: Write clear and consistent PRDs for technical products, by gathering information relevant to stakeholders, in order to deliver technical products such as APIs, work with partners to identify hardware solutions, or enhance existing features or the platform.
Epic Definition: Collaborate to define epics, leveraging your own subject matter expertise.
Craft User Stories: Write clear and concise user stories for technical initiatives, including detailed acceptance criteria.
Backlog Management: Own and manage the technical backlog, ensuring tasks are prioritized, well-refined and ready for the team, and identifying and incorporating risks and dependencies into both sprint and release planning.
Engineering & Partner Collaboration: Empowering the Engineering teams and Partner teams to devise the best solutions, designs and technical approach by ensuring the product vision, strategy, customer and user problems are effectively communicated
Partner Coordination: Act as the technical point of contact for partners that are building on behalf of Oneview, or integrating with Oneview’s products, ensuring that delivery is coordinated and compliant with our requirements/standards.
Cross Functional Communication: Communicating roadmaps, priorities, decisions, and risks to internal stakeholders maintaining transparency across the organization.
Stakeholder Communication: Assist Product Managers in communicating roadmaps, priorities, decisions, and risks to internal stakeholders, maintaining transparency across the organization.
Build vs. Buy: Creating business cases to support build/no build or buy decisions for technical and hardware options for the business, including client device strategy with the Operations team.
Customer Interface: Attending customer meetings communicating vision, strategy and technical decisions impacting the customer, ensuring clarity and transparency on impacts.
Documentation: Ensure that technical product documentation meets the needs of internal and external customers.
Data Privacy and Security: Understanding the importance of information security and your responsibility to maintain and ensure it is considered in every process in Oneview Healthcare
Line Management: Manage and mentor more junior members of the team setting high standards of work and professionalism. Contribute to product & engineering continual improvement by continuously sharing and promoting best practices.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Owner in a technology company with significant technical complexity (hardware, platform, integrations, infrastructure).
Experience working with Agile development teams.
Experience working in a distributed team environment with remote stakeholders
Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to apply a consistent approach to prioritizing highest value items and communicate the decision-making process used if challenged
Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence both horizontally and vertically within the organization
Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct demonstrations and present to senior stakeholders and customers
Strong technical expertise, with a background in engineering and/or architecture.
