The role:
Working with the Bar Manager and Food and Beverage Team, be responsible for the day-to-day running of the bar areas including food and beverage service while ensuring a professional, friendly, and courteous service to all guests. The Assistant Bar Manager will:
* Ensure all areas are properly prepared and set up prior to and after service;
* Respond appropriately to the requirements of the business;
* Train to ensure compliance with standards at all levels within the team;
* Assist in stock control management;
* Ensure compliance with all licensing, legal, and regulatory requirements;
* Ensure appropriate returns and cash handling procedures are adhered to.
