We are currently partnering with one the leading Pharma organisations in Cork who are looking for a HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Sitting on the senior leadership team, the HR Manager, will work as part of an all-Ireland HR team and get the opportunity to work on strategic national and global projects and have a strong focus on culture and engagement. Strong relationship-building skills and a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams would be important as well as manufacturing and Irish employment law experience. Non-unionised environment, with very low attritional levels and a very positive working environment. Fully onsite role, based in East Cork.

Overview of Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead the HR function, aligning it with the organisations' strategic objectives.
2. Collaborate with the SLT to design and implement HR strategies that drive organisational success.
3. Manage key HR initiatives, including talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
4. Contribute to shaping a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
What the ideal candidate looks like:
5. CIPD qualified, with 8+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
6. Experience of working closely with senior management and line managers
7. Strong leadership abilities with a strategic mindset.
8. Solid understanding of Irish employment law
9. Project management experience
