International Payroll Supervisor - REMOTE

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and shape global payroll processes, working as part of a high-performing APAC & EMEA Payroll Team in a fully remote role. Your Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and mentor a team of payroll professionals, ensuring their development and performance align with organizational goals.
* Oversee the compilation and processing of monthly payroll for international operations across APAC/EMEA regions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Develop and implement efficient workflows, ensuring payroll processes are executed on time and within established guidelines.
* Review and approve payroll changes, including tax updates, RSUs, equity, incentives, and benefits adjustments.
* Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
* Manage onboarding and offboarding data integration into HR systems like ADP and SuccessFactors.
* Conduct detailed audits to verify payroll data accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
* Create and present detailed reports to senior management, highlighting payroll trends and compliance updates.
* Act as the primary point of escalation for payroll issues, providing resolutions swiftly and effectively.
* Build and maintain relationships with payroll vendors, ensuring optimal service delivery.
* Collaborate with Finance to reconcile payroll-related accounts and support financial audits.
* Drive system implementation and transition projects, including process optimization and employee data management.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in international payroll management.
What you will bring:
* Relevant experience in multi-country payroll experience.
* Supervisory or team leadership experience within a payroll environment.
* Strong knowledge of RSUs, equity, and benefits-in-kind (BIKs) is highly advantageous.
* Experience with EMEA/APAC payrolls and managing system implementations or transitions is essential.
* Previous experience working with a system implementation/process transition is an advantage.
* IPASS qualification is advantageous.
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a track record of effectively managing teams.
* Expertise in ADP systems or similar HRIS tools.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
