Job Description
We are seeking final-year students in Electrical Engineering and related fields for roles within our Power Generation & Energy business specialisation.
Power Generation
In our Power Generation & Utilities business, we combine technology, expertise, and people to deliver large-scale Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) solutions, industrial Combined Heat & Power (CHP) with Island mode, and critical service standby diesel generators. Our services include feasibility studies and system design for embedded generation projects, such as solar panels, wind turbines, and battery storage. We also provide versatile and robust Balance of Plant (BOP) operations and Electrical Protection Systems.
Your Role
Our graduate programme will focus on skill development and meaningful work contributions over a two-year period. You'll be involved in various projects, including HV/MV electrical design, power generation, PLC and SCADA automation, control logic programming, control panel hardware design, and site testing & commissioning.
You'll have access to state-of-the-art engineering software for control and protection design, substation layouts, and leading-edge power system modelling software for steady-state and transient electrical studies. Additionally, you'll generate technical documentation, interact with customers, and travel to customer sites for installation, testing, and commissioning.
