Job Description
An experienced HR Operations Specialist is needed to join the HR Department of a global Dublin-based technology company, supporting the deployment and implementation of HR operation management in the company and its subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement and operate payroll, visas, benefits, allowances, and labor contracts in each country.
* Develop the payroll system and elements for European countries, process, track, pay, and approve monthly payroll data, IIT, and social insurance, ensuring compliance.
* Manage HR compliance, identify and mitigate risks, develop and operate HR compliance policies and processes.
* Gain insights into industry policies and practices, optimize compliance management operations.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in HR in a multinational IT or digital industry organization.
* Relevant degree or diploma in human resources and law, familiar with labor laws and regulations.
* Experience in corporate compliance management or compensation and benefits design preferred.
* Independent operation capability for HR processes/projects.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
