What we need
Allianz Partners Medical Provider Management has a unique and exciting job opportunity available for someone who has the knowledge and relationship building skills to drive strategic excellence across all global Allianz Partners medical entities. This candidate will be the core liaison between our internal departments and external Third Party Partners.
What you will do
1. Strategically source, on board and manage relationships with Third Party Partners (TPPs) in the Europe region.
2. Support on the delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for the MPM function, with a particular focus on collection of data from Third Party Partners.
3. Establish and maintain governance in relation to a range of transformational topics within MPM.
4. Implementation of vendor management framework in region including regular TPP review meetings, reporting and audits, driving value and KPI delivery.
5. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory group or functional requirements including Group Outsourcing Policy.
6. Pro-actively innovate within the MPM function, and collaborate across AzP departments in order to drive efficiencies within the department.
7. Managing issues and complaints with Third Party Partners.
8. Support the transformation and new business project teams as required, building outsourcing framework and relationships.
9. Developing new initiatives for use in order to manage costs and increase savings through partnerships with our medical Third Party Partners.
10. Other activities as directed by the TPP Manager, TPP Assistant Manager or Head of Central Provider Management from time to time.
What you need
Experience & qualifications required:
1. Experience in the health insurance / TPA / travel insurance / assistance or related industries and/or experience in relationship management / contract management / procurement (preferably in medical / health related industries).
2. Educated to degree level or appropriate professional qualification.
