Our client, a leading semi-state body, are seeking a Compliance Manager (GRC) on a permanent basis. As part of this job, you will contribute to the development of governance solutions across the business and provide governance, risk & compliance support to senior stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to join the strategic programme team at the heart of defining and driving the delivery of the GRC programme. Key responsibilities of the Compliance Manager (GRC) will include:Aid the development of governance, risk & compliance solutions for the businessCollaborate to ensure appropriate control activities in place for key processes relating to internal controlsSupport the GRC project team with facilitating and assisting in designing and implementing the new G,R,C processes including the design of the GRC data management structures and the associated roles & responsibilities Engage with key stakeholders within the business incl. Financial Controllers, Governance Managers, Risk Managers, First-Line and Second Line Managers as required.Develop a new Internal Control framework along with Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance policiesKey Requirements of the Compliance Manager (GRC) will include:At least 5+ years’ experience in a Process Improvement or Governance / Risk / Compliance leadership/management roleHolder of a recognised third level qualification or equivalent work experience is essentialStrong stakeholder management skillsHigh-level experience working with Governance, Risk or Compliance processesAbility to lead a team and work independentlyThis is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing organisation, if you are interested, apply with your CV now or contact Sean at skeogh@elevatepartners.ie
