We are currently looking for a successful and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Manager to produce events from conception through to completion. As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be focused, organised, and passionate about great customer experience with exceptional customer service. You will have a passion for working within the Hospitality industry and enjoy being an active member of a diverse team.
Summary of Key Activities
1. Highly professional and committed to the hospitality industry.
2. Previous Sales & Marketing experience essential.
3. Schedule and conduct show arounds.
4. Monitor, co-ordinate and communicate event bookings, ensuring accuracy of billing and information, maintaining up-to-date profiles, and recording client feedback post-event.
5. Generate quotations for prospective events and timely follow-ups.
6. Up-sell products and services throughout all event processes to maximise revenue.
7. Strong understanding of catering requirements.
8. Focused on delivering a high level of customer/client service.
9. Confident and professional approach when dealing with clients and event suppliers.
10. Able to work under pressure and multi-task.
11. Experience of hosting and putting together events.
12. Understanding of social networking sites (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and manage content & posts.
13. Proficient with numbers.
14. Manage a portfolio of existing clients to encourage repeat and new business.
15. Assist with the development of brochures and sales/promotional materials.
16. Flexibility required to work evenings and weekends where required.
17. Adhere to Health & Safety Procedures and other Company Policies and Procedures.
18. Meet and greet all clients during the event phase and ensure the smooth handover of the event to the operations team for the execution of details.
19. Schedule and attend function and sales meetings.
20. Liaise and maintain a relationship with other departments to ensure the effective, efficient, and smooth running of events.
21. Assist in promotional and marketing activities as required.

8. Must be fluent in the English language, both written and spoken.
