We are looking for Senior Field Based Consultant for one of Ireland's leading banks. As a Senior Field Based Consultant, you will seek out new business opportunities; grow new customer acquisition, whilst maintaining key customer relationships in a compliant manner. You will identify and present a range of products to a portfolio of external customers to meet their needs. You will work collaboratively within your assigned territory and support with territory sales training, support with coaching and developing skills with your colleagues in the territory, and provide Affinity Scheme relationship management.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop, agree, implement and review an annual sales, service and activity plan, to plan workflow and ensure targets are achievable in line with company and regulatory requirements.
2. Ensure the Capability Model is planned in advance and optimised daily, to maximise efficient use of time.
3. Generate leads and follow-up on referrals as required, to grow and increase the number of new customers.
4. Develop and co-ordinate an agreed portfolio of introducers/influencers, to build strong customer relationships and increase revenue
Requirements:
5. Full Valid Driver's Licence
6. Qualified Financial Advisor - recognised qualification to permit the discussion of product information and provide advice to customers i.e. QFA, APA in both Loans and Savings & Investments or Grandfathered (where appropriate)
7. Full knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures and regulatory controls relating to the business.
8. Awareness of competitors and market activity in retail financial services.
