BiaSol is on a mission to create great-tasting, healthy foods while tackling food waste. With the launch of our new product range, we’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development professional to help us grow our retail sales and accelerate our impact.

Experienced in FMCG sales – you’ve been there, done that, and know how to win in retail.
A natural relationship builder – you thrive on connecting with buyers, store managers, and distributors.
Self-motivated and driven – you take ownership and don’t need hand-holding.
Strategic yet hands-on – you love the big picture but aren’t afraid to get stuck in.

What You’ll Do:
* Drive retail sales by securing new listings and expanding our presence in existing accounts.
* Manage relationships with retailers, distributors, and independent stores.
* Execute sales strategies to increase the rate of sale in key locations.
* Monitor performance & report on key sales metrics, using insights to refine our approach.
* Work closely with marketing to support promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
What You Bring:
* Proven sales experience in FMCG, ideally in food or beverage.
* An existing network of retail contacts is a huge plus!
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
* A proactive mindset – you see opportunities and go after them.
* A passion for food, sustainability, and growing a challenger brand.
