Salary Scale: In Line with Section 39 Pay Scales - excluding premiums for evenings, overnights and weekends.

Location: Residential services in Rush and Balbriggan - Sleeping nights and weekend availability is required, some waking nights may be required.
Prosper Fingal is looking for qualified Social Care Workers to join our highly skilled and responsive team to provide high quality, person-centred residential care to the individuals we support in our Residential services. We are seeking dynamic Social Care Workers with a strong person-centred vision who will be centrally involved in facilitating and supporting individuals in residential and community settings while maintaining our core values of delivering respectful, progressive, professional and positive services.
Minimum Requirements: Applicants must be CORU registered or have started the application process and have a QQI Level 7 / 8 degree in Social Care or a closely related field to qualify for this position. Experience working in disability services and knowledge of HIQA Standards would be advantageous. Having a clean manual driving license is also essential for these positions.
