As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be the 'Cloud Ambassador' across all cloud products, helping customers get the most out of their Product and Support investment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* You must be able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
* You should have experience with Hadoop ecosystems, including support and troubleshooting.
* You should have a good understanding of System Administration and troubleshooting with Linux and/or Microsoft Windows Server.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* You should have a basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and/or experience with any cloud platforms.
* You should have scripting or developing experience in one or more of the following languages: UNIX Shell, Python, R, Ruby, GO, Java, .NET (C#), JavaScript.
* You should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Science / Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field OR equivalent experience in a technical position.
