Employment Law Solicitor
We are seeking an experienced solicitor to join our award-winning employment law team at a top mid-tier law firm.
About the Role
* Provide comprehensive advice on all aspects of Irish employment law.
* Oversee employment law aspects of corporate transactions and offer guidance on commercial matters, particularly concerning agency and outsourcing contracts.
* Manage employment-related litigation before both the WRC and civil courts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Advise clients on strategic HR issues, including absence and performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, complaints of bullying and harassment, restructuring, redundancies, and dismissals.
2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to client growth and development.
3. Lead, mentor, and manage associates and other team members, ensuring their growth and success.
