Hanley Calibration are looking for an Office Administrator to join our ever-growing exciting team, located at our head office in Little Island, Co. Cork.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Greeting visitors on arrival
* Dealing with customer and employee queries by phone and email
* Liaising with customers (Requesting/chasing Pos)
* Liaising with employees on paperwork
* Assisting financial team in other duties which may arise
* Processing invoices
* Preparing, organising and storage of digital information + paperwork using databases
* Arranging travel and accommodation
* Management and maintenance of office supplies
* Handling couriers and sorting post
* Tracking and reporting commercial vehicles
* Printing and photocopying as required
* General administration duties
* Reporting to the Office Manager.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:
* Experience in a fast-paced administration role in an office environment is a key advantage
* 2nd level qualification (leaving certificate or equivalent)-minimum requirement
* 3rd level administration, business or relevant course (preferable)
* Good knowledge of MS Office packages
* Strong computer literacy

This position is a full-time permanent role based in our head office. The hours are from 9.00 to 17.00 Mon to Thurs / 16.30 on Fri.
