We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Administrator for our Client a fantastic and renowned car dealership based in Kilbarrack. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years in the industry. Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assist with accounts receivable and payable functions
2. Cash flow planning
3. Credit control
4. Assisting with budget preparation.
5. Ensure financial aspects of all jobs are completed promptly in accordance with all sales and purchase quotations. Monthly review of operational jobs & results
6. Support CFO in preparation for and participation of annual financial audit.
7. Online banking transactions – including balance and payment reports
8. Bank reconciliations.
9. Cover Payroll when required
10. VAT & P30 submissions
11. CSO Reports
Candidate Requirements:
12. Minimum of 3 years working experience within industry
13. Experience of working in a retail environment
14. Good communications skills
