We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Administrator for our Client, a fantastic and renowned car dealership based in Kilbarrack. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years in the industry. Duties & Responsibilities:
* Assist with accounts receivable and payable functions
* Cash flow planning
* Credit control
* Assisting with budget preparation
* Ensure financial aspects of all jobs are completed promptly in accordance with all sales and purchase quotations. Monthly review of operational jobs & results
* Support CFO in preparation for and participation of annual financial audit
* Online banking transactions – including balance and payment reports
* Bank reconciliations
* Cover Payroll when required
* VAT & P30 submissions
* CSO Reports
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years working experience within industry
* Experience of working in a retail environment
* Good communication skills
