Unijobs on behalf of our public sector client have a requirement for a Project Manager - Cyber Security to join their team. The duration of this post is 12 months initially with likely extensions thereafter. This is a hybrid role. The successful candidate will need to attend onsite 1 day a week in Dublin 8. Working 35 hours per week, the successful candidate will be employed as an agency employee and will be paid an hourly rate of €31.58 per hour based on an annualised salary of €57,677. You will accrue 30 days annual leave per year and paid Bank Holidays. Role and responsibilities: ICT Project Managers are expected to manage all aspects of one or more projects, including initial scoping and planning stages. The successful candidate will manage projects with significant budgets and importance or may be assigned to manage specific elements of a large programme. You will be expected to report, in a matrix framework, to a number of stakeholder groups, through the primary channel of the Programme Manager. Project Managers may be allocated to a portfolio of projects dependent on the stage individual projects are at. This is to ensure efficient use and maximisation of resource expertise and availability for the duration of the contract. Skills & experience: A track record of 2+ years successfully managing the delivery of projects within an organisation, preferably (but not necessarily) for a Health Sector Organisation. Experience of managing project planning, report development, RAID and RACI management, and resource management processes including budgeting. Experience of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders Displays sufficient leadership, high level of communication and interpersonal skills including liaising with multiple stakeholders Excellent understanding of MS Excel and finance processes.. Good ICT, presentation and report writing skills. Demonstrates an ability to manage the development and delivery of a project plan. Ability to work with the other ICT units to ensure that ICT projects are delivered in a cohesive and planned manner. Demonstrates evidence of operational management skills including managing own work and that of others, delegating appropriately within the resources available. Demonstrate ability to implement and manage change and business process re-organisation skills. Displays a commitment to achieving quality results including experience in evaluating the provision of services. Demonstrates an ability to perform various business analysis activities as deemed necessary for the project. Demonstrates good problem solving, analytical and decision making skills.
