Job Description
The Project Manager will oversee the delivery of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely, within-scope, and cost-effective outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
* Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary project teams, including design consultants, contractors, and clients.
* Monitor and manage risks, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place to address potential challenges.
* Manage procurement processes, including tender document preparation and contract negotiations.
* Oversee quality control, adhering to project specifications, industry standards, and building regulations.
* Lead project meetings, progress reviews, design workshops, and client presentations.
Requirements:
* Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* 3-5 years experience in project management, ideally in a consultancy environment.
* Proven track record of delivering projects across various sectors.
* Strong understanding of Irish building regulations, procurement processes, and contract administration.
* Excellent organisational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
