Your Key Responsibilities:
* Understand our client's service offerings and actively support in delivering across our range of services.
* Utilise your skills in the areas of structured problem solving, business analysis, analytics, design thinking, and lean process improvement to help drive profitability and performance improvement through their business operations
* Identify areas for process improvement across existing ways of working be it system, process, or people changes
* Effectively analyse and define business requirements through stakeholder engagement and reviewing existing processes
* Manage people and project teams & engage directly with stakeholders to drive business outcomes, including the facilitation of interviews, workshops, and project governance sessions
Key Skills:
* Strong understanding of core business operations gained through delivery of projects across areas such as strategy, operating model design, lean process improvement, waterfall and agile design transformation and delivery
* Excellent relationship management skills, gained through prior consulting roles or within financial services / technology organisations
* 5 years proven experience in delivering transformation programmes in Financial Institutes
* Professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise
* Developing and maintaining your personal training and development plan to ensure you continue to update and improve your skill profile on an ongoing basis
