Our Dublin based client is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.

Job Responsibilities
* Providing advanced technical support to end-users across the group.
* Resolving complex technical issues on a daily basis.
* Escalating technical issues to other teams when necessary for advanced support.
* Documenting and maintaining the knowledge base and learnings across the team.
* Contributing to the improvement of support processes and procedures within the team and larger group function.
* Assisting junior support staff in issue resolution and providing support and guidance in their knowledge and careers.
* Handling occasional phone calls and emails as needed.
* Providing Tier 1 level technical support with experience in Azure Active Directory, managing security groups, basic Office troubleshooting, etc.
Essential and Desirable Skills
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
* Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and managing security groups.
* Familiarity with handling access requests and managing permissions.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting Office 365 issues and software installations.
* Exceptional troubleshooting abilities and proactive problem-solving.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
* Enthusiasm for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
