And we are now using this proven approach to inform our client engagements.Collaborative teamwork: We take a very proactive approach to ensuring that our teams are 'more than the sum of the parts' and that all members of the team are supported in their career development and progression.Delivering exceptional client service in a consistent and professional manner: EY's Service Quality tools are designed to provide a process of continuous improvement.Your key responsibilities Client Responsibilities: Partnering with our Assurance team to provide project, programme or portfolio assessments on large-scale transformation programmes and projects.Building valued relationships with external clients and internal peers and developing a clear understanding of clients' needs, eco-system, priorities, culture and the best path to risk management and project or programme delivery.Ensuring the consistent delivery of excellent, high-quality work products for EY teams.Acting as a subject matter resource in one or more areas, leveraging your knowledge and experience to shape services for clients.Leading presentations and proposals for medium to high complex projects and providing subject matter insight to bids and proposals.Creating innovative commercial insights for clients and contributing to thought leadership.Driving improvements by taking responsibility for engagement/account level Quality & Risk Management (QRM) initiatives.Internal Responsibilities Assisting in client account management activities such as recruitment for the project team, managing financial aspects of client engagements, and quality and risk management.Building valued relationships with clients and colleagues to assist in generating new business opportunities for EY.Leading and supporting presentations and proposals for elements of medium to high complex projects.Communicating effectively with EY senior management and working to build, manage and motivate high-performing teams.Understanding EY's service offerings and actively identifying opportunities to better serve our clients.Supporting team development activities, including coaching and mentoring.Skills and attributes for success 15 to 20+ years' experience in project risk or programme delivery for technology projects.Some Programme Assurance experience.Track record for leading high performing teams.To qualify for the role, you must have Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Good understanding of project governance and change management principles.Ideally, you'll also have Additional professional qualifications in project or programme management, such as PRINCE2, PMP, MSP or ACP.Additional areas of interest include Project Assurance, Portfolio Management, PMO, benchmarking and Best Practice.What we look for Enthusiastic, engaged experts who are excited about helping clients make a difference in their business through improved project, programme or portfolio management.
