Job Description Aramark Workplace Solutions is currently recruiting for a Facilities Co-Ordinator to join our team.
Reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager, the successful candidate will support with the facilities management in Dundrum, Co Dublin.
This will be achieved via the practical implementation of the company's management systems and the utilisation of the candidate's knowledge and experience in delivering service excellence.
Job Responsibilities Create and maintain a safe working environment for visitors and staff who work within the building by implementing regular inspections and walk throughs of the premises and identifying any potential issues for action.
Ensure that all contractors are carrying out their maintenance in accordance with the criteria detailed in the Planned Preventive Maintenance Schedule Co-ordinate all reactive tasks are booked, communicated and completed in a timely manner Manage and issue work permits for all works being carried out on site.
Complete meeting rooms configurations when required.
Complete morning check of Building management sys Co – ordinate reception services on site with the onsite reception team Receive large/bulky items on site and move to required destination.
Supervise and co-ordinate third party contractors attending site and inspect works after Ensure the fabric and finish of the overall site is accurately maintained and in good condition Meeting room setup Support office relocation moves and office re-layouts.
Carry out minor repair tasks on site Complete morning check on cleaning and monitor during the day ensuring all cleaning consumable stocks are in place and co-ordination with the evening team Manage day to day issues as they arise in a professional and prompt manner by adhering to either the clients service level agreement or expectancy.
Manage access control cards and keys for visitors, contractors and staff.
Provide support and updates to the Client's Liaison when required on all relevant issues that arise on the premises.
Ensure that operational standards at the building meets the clients' requirements.
To be vigilant to any Health, Safety and Welfare risks in the development and bring any concerns to the attention to the Client.
Assist in the arrangements for additional cleans after functions and conferences training that maybe held on the client's premises Liaise with the mobile FM Manager, clients and all staff working at the building.
Ensure that all compliance services for the premises take place and are recorded for insurance requirements.
Ensure any sustainability programs or procedures by either the client or the company are implemented.
Skills required: Fluent English.
At least 3 years' experience in corporate or similar environments.
Strong communication and organisational skills Energetic and motivated individual Able to use own initiative Candidate must have a positive outlook and be a keen problem solver Good MS Excel, Word and Outlook Skills A team player with excellent attention to detail On occasion, attend maintenance testing may be required outside of normal office hours
