Account Manager Role
We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Account Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Ireland market.
This is a full lifecycle sales role, from lead generation to contract sign-off, with responsibilities evenly split between account management and new business development.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets, focusing on upselling and cross-selling services, including licensing, managed services, and professional consulting.
* Proactively identify, pursue, and close opportunities to generate net new business, driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting and relationship-building efforts.
* Lead the end-to-end sales process, maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce CRM.
* Build and sustain trusted relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, becoming a go-to advisor on cybersecurity solutions.
* Represent CWSI at partner events, industry training sessions, and customer meetings to stay ahead of market trends.
* Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices, particularly solutions offered by Microsoft, SentinelOne, and Ivanti, to guide client decisions effectively.
* Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation and support of sold solutions.
Requirements
* A proven track record in account management or direct sales within the cybersecurity industry.
* Exceptional ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on relationship building and account expansion.
* Familiarity with licensing, managed services, and solutions from Microsoft, SentinelOne, and Ivanti is highly advantageous.
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
* A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach to challenges.
* A collaborative spirit, capable of working independently or as part of a dynamic team.
