Job Title: General Operative/Carpenter Lead Technician
Location: Nationwide / Mobile role
Reports to: Engineering Maintenance Manager
About the Role:
This position is responsible for promoting and delivering technical excellence both practically and technically as an individual and within a team environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist with technical activities related to the technical team, on-site facilities, and Apleona systems to promote efficiency and technical professionalism.
* Develop and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Lead a team of technicians and provide day-to-day interaction.
* Support technicians with report and quotation follow-up, quality checks, site visits, and technical support.
* Monitor and drive compliance of technicians in respect of KPI reports, including risk assessments, logged hours, outstanding reports, quotes, and timekeeping.
* Identify new ways to deliver services more efficiently and introduce new services to minimize lost time.
* Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, people management skills, and decision-making abilities.
* Work independently and promote a good team-working environment.
* Perform other duties as assigned and act as an Apleona ambassador.

Working Relationship: This position will be worked in conjunction with the current technician's role.
