We are seeking to appoint at Senior Executive Assistant level, a Development Assistant to support the work of its Development and Alumni Office (DARO). The role involves a broad range of administrative duties in support of DARO’s activities and programmes in engagement and with specific fundraising administrative support to the Maynooth University Foundation (MU Foundation), the day-to-day running of which is fulfilled by DARO.
The appointee will have excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills and experience working in a busy office environment. The role includes communications, technical and fundraising functions supporting the continued growth and Development of MU Foundation.
The post holder will report to the Senior Development Manager and work closely and collegially across the DARO team, the Office of External Relations, and colleagues throughout the University. The post holder will play a vital role in a growing and ambitious team.
Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
