ABOUT THE JOB: Based in our head office in Swords, Co.
Dublin, and reporting to the Head of Property, we are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team.

The Project Manager will oversee and manage both build and retail fit-out projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing retail construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

YOUR JOB your tasks will include but will not be limited to: Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for management, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
Quality Control: Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, adhering to company and industry regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and compliance.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Manage any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring all expenditures are tracked and within approved limits.
Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management.
YOUR PROFILE your knowledge, skills, and experience include: Experience and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, specifically in build and retail fit-out projects.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with Building Regulations in a retail environment.
Experience with problem solving, root cause analysis, managing investigations and corrective and preventative actions.
Proven success in project delivery, demonstrating leadership, problem solving and decision making.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Car owner with a full clean drivers licence.
Ability to work on own initiative and to meet strict deadlines.
Must be commercially focused and highly organised.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent MS Office Suite skills.
