Duties & Requirements Primary point of contact for Managers on all HR related activitiesProvide support and guidance to leaders across multiple regional locationsSupport leaders with employee relations issues, including absence management, disciplinary and grievance, performance and probationary managementLead end-to-end recruitment life cycle for all regional locations with the support of Talent AcquisitionRequirements: 3-5 years' experience as HR Generalist or HR Partner, ideally within a similar fast paced environmentRelevant HR related 3rd level qualification and / or CIPD certificationProven ER/IR experience, with exposure to arranging, preparing, supporting and/or leading Employee relations related meetingsPrior experience working with stakeholders at a senior level in a HR capacityExcellent organisation skills with the ability to work under pressureStrong attention to detailIdeally experience working in a multi -site environmentFlexible with working hours and travel across Ireland to various sites
