F&B Operations Manager
Responsible for the day-to-day F&B operations of a busy 5-star hotel in South Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure all health and safety regulations are met.
* Manage, train, and roster bar, floor, and wait staff.
* Ensure all staff training is up-to-date and conduct regular training sessions.
* Recruit new team members as needed.
* Assist the stores manager in maintaining optimal stock levels.
* Develop and implement innovative food and beverage menus to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service at all times.
Management and Training:
Manage and train the food and beverage team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Financial Performance:
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and revenue management.
Compliance and Quality:
E nsure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
Collaboration and Supplier Management:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and events that boost business.
Guest Experience:
Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best quality products.
Continuous Improvement:
Handle guest feedback and inquiries promptly and professionally, striving for continuous improvement.
Service Excellence:
Oversee the food and beverage service ensuring it is efficiently run and meets the standards set by the hotel.
