Customer Service Representative - Carole Nash, Dublin - start date 3rd March 2025 - Multiple roles.
Location: Dublin 1 (Foley Street)
Carole Nash (Part of Markerstudy Group) is a leading motorcycle insurance specialist, catering for over 240,000 motorcycles and scooters across Ireland and the UK. The purpose of this role is to deliver excellent customer service by providing a personal and professional experience over the telephone, resolving customer inquiries.
This is a full-time position, working Monday - Friday 9am to 5:30pm - Some Saturday working.
Salary for this position: 28,000 Euros per annum.
Please note this is a hybrid position with a split between working from the office and at home; however, for the initial training and probation period, you are required to be in the office full time.
Full in-depth training is provided for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding and consistent customer service across all product lines to ensure customer confidence and drive customer loyalty.
* Promote and ensure the positive reception of the distribution brands.
* Take ownership to ensure the development of long-term relationships with customers and engage with new products.
* Ensure satisfactory customer outcomes in line with Central Bank guidelines promoting positive customer satisfaction.
* Ensure effective handling and escalation of complaints in line with the company’s complaints handling procedure.
Skills / Experience required:
* Experience working within a customer service environment.
* Experience within the Insurance sector, preferably within Insurance Brokering/Intermediary (advantageous, but not essential).
* Able to take responsibility for customer concerns & resolution.
* Good communication skills, able to remain objective & demonstrate empathy.
* Experience of using technology including excellent keyboard skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* A high level of attention to detail.
* Able to identify personal goals & take responsibility for your own development plan.
* Able to remain self-motivated.
