Site Manager Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead our team on a prestigious commercial project in Cork City.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
* Develop and implement project plans, identifying manpower requirements and allocating resources effectively.
* Liaise with subcontractors and direct employees to ensure smooth project execution.
* Monitor and control variations, maintaining compliance with building regulations and health and safety protocols.
* Ensure the highest levels of quality, environmental, and health and safety standards are met on site.
Requirements:
* Third Level Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management (preferable).
* Minimum 5 years experience as a Site Manager with a Main Contractor.
* Strong planning, organisational, and team work skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
* Ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and subcontractors.
