Key Responsibilities
1. Build relationships with customers to win sales, improve margin, and provide excellent customer service within the branch.
2. Become an expert in our product offerings and be seen as a trusted advisor.
3. Work collaboratively with other areas of the branch to ensure customer needs are met.
4. Ensure all call backs are completed in a timely manner.
5. Work closely with internal teams to understand our products and stay ahead of customer needs.
6. Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor to reduce return rates by building better relationships with customers.
7. Utilize relevant data to identify opportunities across customer bands and product groups.
