Role - Beauty Advisor
Location - Dundrum
Hours - 40 hours or 30 hours
Salary - starting from €12.70 per hour plus competitive commission structure
Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a full or part-time Beauty Advisors to join our sparkling new Dundrum team. You’ll be responsible for embodying our mission of giving our customers the tools they need to be their best every day using our stackable, portable, curated makeup and our award-winning skincare. You’ll do this by combining a love of beauty with impressive product knowledge and a passion for helping people. You believe in the product being accessible to everyone, and you can adapt your style to suit the needs of who you’re talking to.

The Role
Your daily to-dos might look like this:
1. Greet all customers on the counter, offering exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate support and guidance from introduction through to sale, delivering a customer-first approach.
2. Recommend products by actively promoting and selling makeup and skincare products.
3. Meeting and exceeding your KPIs, including data capture targets.
4. Upsell and cross-sell beauty and skincare items to maximise sales opportunities.
5. Collaborate with the team to achieve overall sales goals.
6. Ensure the makeup section is well-organised, clean, and visually appealing.
7. Follow all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss.
8. Confidently communicate with customers and team members, creating a welcoming and joyful store environment.
These skills will help you go far in this role:
1. Experience in a retail position.
2. Passionate for makeup and skincare.
3. Adaptable and confident in an ever-changing, fast-paced and high-pressured environment.
4. Positive and can-do attitude.
5. Comfortable and motivated by working towards and exceeding targets and KPIs.
6. Punctual and flexible to work retail hours, including bank holidays and weekends.
7. Personable with a customer-centric mindset.
