Job Title: Internal Sales Representative
Location: Glasnevin Branch
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and ensure orders are processed efficiently, in line with company standards.
* Presentation, promotion, and sale of products to existing and prospective customers, supporting long-term customer loyalty.
* Maintenance of accurate records of sales, client interactions, and other relevant activities.
* Collaboration with external sales representatives to ensure seamless customer service and order processing.
* Development of customer leads through cold calling and follow-up on potential new customers.
* Establishment and maintenance of positive relationships with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery.
* Meet agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes while promoting the company's products.
Key Criteria:
* Proven sales experience, ideally within the construction or building materials sector.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
* Able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
* Experience working with Microsoft Office and computerized accounting systems.
* Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
