Temporary contract with immediate start with Bray based clinic - the ideal person for this role will have 3-4 years in an administration type role assisting a team The position involves: Organising and managing correspondence and drafting responses as required, primarily by email.
Managing data requests across Primary Care services from REO, IHA Manager, National HSE, other HSE divisions and various external bodies.
Includes dissemination, collection and collation of data responses for review by senior managers.
Incident recording and reporting.
Scheduling and co-ordinating various meetings for the team.
Includes minute taking.
Tracking financial and HR data, and KPI and performance data.
Managing and tracking information gathering and reporting for Quality, Health & Safety across the division, including emergency and crisis responses during extreme weather and other events.
Managing archiving and filing as required.
The ideal person for this role Excellent communication skills Highly organised Good team player 3-4 years experience in a similar senior role This role is on a contract basis 3-6 months to start - the hours are 9am to 5pm.
