Red D are recruiting an Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager for one of Ireland’s finest luxury hotels in Co. Kildare.

As Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every detail of each event — from elegant private dinners to high-profile conferences — is seamlessly executed. You’ll liaise closely with clients and in-house departments, oversee service delivery, and ensure that both quality standards and operational efficiency are maintained at the highest level.
You’ll also support the wider Food & Beverage team when needed, helping to maintain the hotel’s reputation for excellence in every corner. This role suits a candidate who thrives on attention to detail, teamwork, and delivering memorable moments for both members and guests.
