We are now recruiting for a Pastry Chef to be part of our professional team. Close Sunday, Monday, Tuesday in 2025, 4 days a week.
Main Responsibilities Of The Role Include
* Assisting the head chef and Sous Chef in maintaining high levels of quality, service, presentation and cleanliness
* Ensuring the highest quality standards in his section
* Cooking with the best Irish ingredients
The Ideal Candidate Will Be
* HACCP trained
* Have a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role
* Passionate about creating great food
* Meticulous about attention to detail in relation to food service (quality, portion size, presentation and consistency)
* Highly motivated and flexible
* Proactive in important areas such as health and safety and food hygiene
