Reporting directly to the Business Development Director, you will lead cross-functional sales teams and take charge of developing and executing sales strategies for the Construction, Agri, and Material Handling business units across multiple regions. By optimizing sales processes and ensuring the right people, tools, and resources are in place, you will enhance their market-leading positions and create new opportunities for growth.About Your New Job as the Head of SalesYou will demonstrate strong sales leadership by mentoring, guiding, and motivating Sales Managers, setting performance goals, conducting reviews, and addressing team challenges, including recruitment and training/development.You will foster growth by acquiring new customers, products, and territories, while identifying, launching, and commercializing new products and categories.You will map out value propositions, create marketing collateral, and lead lead-generation campaigns, including product promotions.You will analyze and optimize route-to-market strategies, ensuring consolidation where necessary.You will be responsible for enhancing sales processes and KPIs, with a particular focus on CRM optimization and pipeline management.You will oversee contract and tender negotiations, as well as develop pricing strategies to drive sustainable margin growth.Additionally, you will represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.What Skills You NeedTo apply, you will need:5 years+ international (preferably omni-channel) Sales Management experience.Ability to understand and draft Sales Strategies, translate them into structured systems, and ensure execution and business impact.7 years+ Sales/Marketing experience with a proven record of Sales performance.
