Manager of New Product Introduction (NPI)
Drive Operational Excellence and Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences
* Standardization & Optimization: Implement and Refine Operational Practices to Enhance Customer Interactions and Elevate the NPI Process
* Project Leadership: Oversee Approximately 300-500 Project Launches Annually with Timelines as Short as One Month, Ensuring Efficiency and Quality
* Transformative Leadership: Drive Change by Standardizing Workflows, Fostering Collaboration, and Enhancing Team Capabilities
* Customer-Centric Approach: Lead Onboarding Processes, Maintain Rigorous Quality Standards, and Conduct Regular Customer Satisfaction Assessments
* Metrics & KPIs: Establish and Monitor Measurable Goals to Ensure Optimal Effectiveness of NPI Processes
* Collaboration & Team Building: Cultivate a Culture of Active Listening, Critical Thinking, and Cross-Functional Alignment across Operational and Commercial Teams
What We're Looking For:
* Education: BS in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Math, Science, Business, or Related Field
* Certifications in Project Management, Lean Operations, or Six Sigma Black Belt are a Plus
* Experience:
o 7–10 Years in a Leadership Role within Manufacturing or Service Operations
o Medical or Pharma Experience Preferred but Not Required
o Familiarity with SAP ERP and Regulatory Standards like 21 CFR – Part 820 is a Bonus
Skills & Abilities:
* Expertise in Design Tools (CAD/CAM or SolidWorks)
* Proven Ability to Manage Interdisciplinary Teams, Deliver High SLA Adherence, and Optimize Operational Workflows
* Exceptional Communication, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making Skills
