Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Assistant Manager for one our well-established clients in Macroom in Co. Cork.
The role of an Assistant Manager includes helping the general manager keep the day-to-day operations running, providing excellent customer service to all employees and working as part of a team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of this hotel.
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel management, with a focus on operations and guest service.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Experience with Food Service Essential.Ability to manage and work within a team as well as on your own initiative.Strong analytical and financial management skills, with experience in budgeting and forecasting.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality service.Flexible with working 5 days per week / 40 hours which will include days, nights, and weekends.PACKAGE ON OFFER: Competitive salary of €40,000-€42,000 depending on experience.Free Parking on site, Meals while on duty.Other benefits to be discussed in interview.If you have the necessary Assistant Manager experience and are interested in this position, please feel free to apply or send your CV directly to Ciara on ****** alternatively you can contact Ciara on 064-662-2007 to discuss further.
