Team / Role Overview Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) is a market leading, award-winning provider of cash management, cards and trade, solutions to financial institutions, public sector and corporate clients around the world. The business enables local currency payments in over 200 markets on behalf of thousands of global clients across all client segments, representing a truly global business. This role is with the Worldlink Operations team and responsible for ensuring that client solutions developed and sold to grow the business are delivered with effective scalable Operational processes.
The primary responsibility will be to oversee the Worldlink Treasury Operations (TROPS) and Cheque Ops team based out of Dublin. The responsibility of the TROPS team is to provide back-office control and support for the Worldlink Foreign Exchange (FX) Desks. Candidates will interact with various internal and external partners. TROPS works with Buffalo, Dublin and Singapore FX Desks to ensure their FX delivery requirements are met, audit controls are adhered to and support functions are carried out. The responsibility for Cheque Operations is to oversee the Worldlink Cheque processes including monitoring cheque stock volumes, ordering new stock, oversight of cheque vendors along with day-to-day monitoring of cheque flows.
What you will do: Participate fully as a part of the Client Operations Leadership team, constantly striving to find new ways to collaborate, innovate, transform and improve the business to ensure viability.Manage relationships with internal stakeholders like Product, Sales, Coverage teams, Implementations etc. to ensure smooth transition from sales to implementations to service and client live for all client types.Actively support local and regional TTS projects and initiatives.The successful candidate will support the business and product relating to management of Tertiary payment providers and capability build-out.Implement best practise process and controls to achieve high quality output.Initiate and promote productivity, automation and efficiency projects to increase STP, lower risk or create competitive advantage to Citi and Cross Border Payments.Embrace change and demonstrate flexibility if manager rotation is required based on business needs.Ensure adherences to all Global Policies such as MPP, TPM, Timely reporting of errors and losses, BSER, Red Accounts etc.Ensure directs have clear goals and objectives, supporting both personal and business development, timely completion of staff annual performance reviews.Capacity/resource management to support the timely execution of the functional tasks and responsibilities of the unit(s) in accordance with SLAs, and departmental operating and performance standards.Identify, develop and retain key talent on behalf of the overall business.
