The Role:
* Preparation and proofing of all client programme materials.
* Client support and follow-up (attendance and feedback records).
* Enhancement of client documents with design flair.
* Administration and support duties.
* Drafting and preparing client training materials and all consultancy reports.
* Maintaining the Company Learning Hub (LMS) for all client training curricula and support the ongoing changing needs as required.
* Liaising with our partners to coordinate all of the activities required for the production of client diagnostic and general reports.
* Booking and confirming training venues and team accommodation.
* Setting up and managing attendance and feedback records.
* Coordinating activities and liaising with existing and new vendors to ensure our operation is running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
The Candidate:
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in office administration, team support, fast-paced environment.
* Leaving Cert.
* Demonstration of advanced IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Worked in a fast-paced, agile environment, with proven ability to multitask and manage time.
* Demonstration of ability to work independently and proactively.
* Evidence of client excellence and execution.
* Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating drive and enthusiasm, with ability to work independently as required.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Detail-oriented and task-focused with excellent organisational ability.
* Flexible and open to change.
