Job description
We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our Kitchen team. The successful candidate will be working alongside our talented team of chefs. These vacancies present an opportunity to be innovative and progress within this role.

Responsibilities:
* Ensure food is prepared and cooked in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guidelines.
* Display creativity and passion for working with locally sourced food.
* Have a good knowledge of dietary requirements and a keen interest in current industry trends.
* Maintain high standards in line with HACCP regulations.
* Ensure all equipment is operated, maintained, and serviced as per manufacturer's instructions and Health and Safety requirements/recommendations.
Requirements:
* Good written and verbal skills.
* Experience working within a large fast-paced environment.
* Work well as part of a team and have an ability to take direction.
* Knowledge and experience with the preparation of a large quantity of meals.
* Valid Manual Handling and Food Safety (HACCP) Level 2 certificates are required; ongoing onsite training will be provided.
