Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support in various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet visitors and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
* Manage phone calls, mail, deliveries, and couriers efficiently.
* Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
* Record and reconcile financial transactions, preparing and processing invoices as needed.
* Support customer invoice generation, issuance, and follow-up.
* Conduct invoice reconciliation, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
* Maintain accurate records and assist with monthly and quarterly closing processes.
* Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative role with similar responsibilities.
* Familiarity with basic accounting principles and finance processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
